Frames and Ultra Products Warranty Eastern Bikes frames, Ultralight forks, bars and Ultraslim forks all carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and requires validation via proof of purchase. Any defects not reported within 30 days of original purchase will not be considered Manufacturers Defect and will be evaluated on a case by case basis. This warranty is intended to cover most aspects of the frame, bars or forks but is void if abuse, modification, hammering, or material removal is evident. General Warranty Eastern Bikes parts carry a one year warranty against defects in workmanship to the original purchaser w/ original receipt as proof of purchase. This warranty only covers products that have been properly maintained and serviced. This warranty does not apply if abuse, modification, hammering or material removal is evident. Warranty will also fail to apply if the product in question was assembled improperly.
