The bell is ringing Apr 10, 2009
When it started to appear in China the bicycle kingdom about 35 years ago it was very popular. It has a loud and long lasting ring. It's fun to see it spin and ring forever with one flip of the handle. But you want to ration yourself so not to scare the people you want to signal.
